Goods purchased from our site are subject to the Law Of Distance Trading as set out in the Swedish Distansavtalslagen. This follows the laws for selling over the Internet. 2. Eye-Eye Optics trades under the name LPL Eye-Eye Optics HB. We can be contacted at customerservices@eye-eyeoptics.com or Eye-EyeOptics, Suite 4, 56 Porset Drive, Caerphilly CF83 1PP, Wales. 3. You must be 18 years or over and not registered blind or partially sighted. Your prescription must be under two years old. 4. The frame colours shown are to be taken as a guide. Whilst every attempt has been made to replicate the exact colour there might be slight differences in shade. 5. We will only fulfil orders for lenses where the Sphere Value is not greater than +/-6 and the Cylindrical Value is not greater than +/-3. For strengths over this please contact us for a new price quote. 6. Our prices are inclusive of all taxes. 7. Our prices include postage (This may however be subject to change in the future). 8. We use Paypal as a secure means of payment. 9. The goods will be delivered to the address stated on the shipping form. 10. There is a 14 day Returns Guarantee. Please see Guarantee for more details . 11. A refund will be issued against the same credit/debit card used to purchase the goods once the goods have been returned. These goods must be returned unused and with all accessories. 12. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is to be taken to exclude or restrict any rights which applicable law grants you in respect of such goods. 13. We shall not be liable to any person for any damage or loss that may arise from the use of any goods advertised on our site. 14. We do not accept responsibility and will not be liable for any damage to the goods caused by you. Payments We accept all major credit/debit cards. Guarantee There is a 12 month guarantee on frames and lenses if they are found to be faulty. This does not cover damage that is not due to a manufacturing fault or misuse. If the glasses are faulty, however we will refund or replace the product. If the frames are no longer available then we will instead use a frame of equal or greater value, but only after consulting with you. Our glasses come with a 14 day Return Guarantee. Please return the glasses together with the hard case and cleaning cloth. If, however, you have ordered Bi-focal or Varifocal Lenses or any Optional Extras, such as Sunsensors , Hi-Index Lenses, Coatings then you will still be charged for these. s Returns Policy Your satisfaction is vital to Eye-EyeOptics. We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. Happy enough to return to us and recommend us to your Family and Friends. Eye- EyeOptics will refund or replace your purchase in accordance with our Terms and Conditions where: 1. the frames and/or lenses arrive damaged 2. the lens prescription is wrong 3. you may return the product within 14 day of delivery without giving any reason (we would appreciate a reason, however, to help us find out what was wrong). It must be returned with any accessories, undamaged and unused. Once the product has been received by us we will issue a refund in accordance with our Terms and Conditions 4. refunds will not exceed the value of the original glasses and payment will only be issued against the same credit or debit card used to pay for the product. 5. Please note that Bifocal and Varifocal Lenses and/or any Optional Extras such as Sunsensors, Hi Index Lenses, Coatings will still be charged. If the glasses are found to be faulty within 12 months please return them to us for a refund or a replacement pair. Please note that this does not cover misuse or damage that was not a manufacturing fault. Please include your original invoice with the returned product.
